Total Enforcement Computer Aided Dispatch/Records Management System automates the entry of incident-based information, generates high-quality reports (historical, tracking and statistical) and allows for the sharing of critical data across multiple agencies and geographies. It is a complete and comprehensive records management system. Users only have to enter information once from any field location or agency, to make it instantly available in a shared data base.
Total Enforcement's Enterprise Level Computer Aided Dispatch supports emergency operations and communications. CAD systematically controls the receipt of phone calls and recording of event date and enables computer-controlled emergency vehicle dispatching. Users view unit status and event status monitors in real time. The CAD features a smooth information flow by leveraging automatic event creation, intelligent unit recommendation, proximity sensing, unit status and location based on AVL/GPS, and user defined polygons overlaying mapping.

"Our transition from ALECS II has been seamless and completely supported by a superbly competent staff of developers, programmers, and trainers. In the few instances when service assistance was required, Total came through promptly and efficiently. As an ALECS II user since inception, our vast accumulation of data presented a daunting task for data migration which in typical fashion was accomplished brilliantly."
