Dear Vinnie:
On behalf of Chief Flynn and the entire Village of Mamaroneck Police Department I would like to send our heartfelt thanks to you and all of your staff. As you know we saw your product only several months ago when we were researching a new state of the art means to manage our records management process. It quickly was apparent to our team that the Total Enforcement Software Application was the perfect solution. No only that, but to find an application developer that had a full depth technology support team was to us the perfect package. We had spent many years suffering with outdated products and lack of support. Law enforcement is already a difficult job without the added burden of the ever changing world of technology to deal with.
Prior to us signing our contract with your team, we encountered that dreaded fear of a full system melt down, and with that on the Memorial Day Weekend. Out of desperation we called you to see if you could recommend anyone to rescue us from our previous record management system collapse. To our surprise you had a team spring into action. On a holiday weekend you had us delivering our critical ill server to your shop. Charles Brown earned his way into our department’s hall of fame along with Al Perez and Lisa Guerin. They rescued our data base even though it
was from another vendor and had us up and running with a 36 hour non stop marathon.
It was then that we realized that Total Computer was not just a name it was a
“Total Commitment” from you and all of your staff. Every turn of the way we found that commitment. From our dealings with Frances Santiago and Joe Bonn in purchasing we thank them for their tireless patience in dealing with our municipal system. I can’t say enough to about your training team from Karisa Bruno who was so gracefully in the difficult task of scheduling our whole department for training, a seemingly impossible task yet she did it with ease. Then to Patricia Ceccacci and Bob Puka and Bill Neuburger who were superb in the classroom training and the on site training which made our transition simple and trouble free. Let us not forget the behind the scenes people who made this all happen “On Schedule and On Budget” such as Mike Reibman, Paul Nevola, and Greg Loehr. All these behind the scenes people that are never mentioned in sales presentations but whom we all dealt with and saw first hand their tireless “Total Commitment” to supporting our department. And finally a big thanks to Pollyanna for her joyful and upbeat answering of your phone system, truly symbolic of your team’s interest and caring attitude.
Respectfully Yours
