August 2011 - Microsoft has invited Chief Software Architect, Al Perez of Total Computer Software, to speak at the Windows Azure Cloud Customer Advisory Board (CAB) this coming September. The meeting will take place September 26-28, 2011 in Kirkland, WA. As the only member of the CAB from the public safety industry, Al plans to discuss the success that Total Computer has seen with its flagship product, Total Enforcement™ RMS/CAD, on the Windows Azure Cloud platform and its implications for the future of public safety. Recently, Microsoft published a Case Study about Total Computer’s first client to go live on the Cloud. July 29-30, 2011 – Total Computer attended the IJIS Summer 2011 Industry Briefing in Jersey City, NJ. At this briefing, the IJIS Institute provided an authoritative update on the justice, public safety, and homeland security information sharing and IT market. The briefing also offered a detailed look at information sharing and national initiatives that impact the United States’ safety and security. A particular topic of interest, the

summary, was discussed to introduce Total and the other attendees to the current and emerging government requirements for technology, services, and equipment.
July 10 – 14, 2011 – Total Computer attended the 2011 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Los Angeles, CA. This conference provided Total Computer with an understanding of Microsoft’s technology roadmap, a glance at upcoming opportunities and incentive programs, and a preview to Microsoft’s priorities for the partner business in the upcoming fiscal year. The conference also gave Total Computer the chance to network with industry leading partners from all around the world. Total Computer found the conference to be a great learning experience that gave them a birds-eye view of major Microsoft initiatives.

April 2011 - Miami-Dade Police Department has hired Total Computer to provide expert-level consulting services for a new system to be used by 4,000-5,000 users. The services provided will include a vision of design and creation for a solution that encompasses a highly automated and totally comprehensive Offense Incident solution that is guided by best practices, as well as efficiency and next generation intelligence-led policing. This goal will be achieved by using the latest cutting edge technologies from Microsoft. Other functional elements will include the ability to interface with loosely coupled components and technologies that enable real time information to an unlimited number and type of abstracted systems. Total Computer is excited to begin this endeavor with Miami-Dade PD and hopes to establish a long lasting relationship that continues well into the future.

March 2011 - Total Computer is pleased to announce that Microsoft has selected Total Enforcement™ (TE) for a permanent product demonstration exhibit at the Microsoft Executive Briefing Center in Brussels. To support this European EBC exhibit, TE is being hosted at the Dublin Azure Data Center in Western Europe. The U.S. instance is hosted in Chicago, Illinois. This is proof that an entire system can be deployed, server free, anywhere in the world in a matter of hours.

As an active member of the Integrated Justice Information Systems (IJIS) Institute, Total Computer Group recently participated in a series of the IJIS Consensus Standards Initiatives meetings. The purpose of these meetings is for industry, government sponsors, and stakeholder constituents to come together and develop consensus-based, “open” standards for sharing information within and across the justice, public safety, and homeland security domains. The IJIS Institute is a national nonprofit organization that strives to bring together industry and government in an effort to improve and promote effective information sharing across all levels of the justice, public safety, and homeland security communities. Total Computer Group is proud to assist in the initiative, to have a historic impact by creating the first widely adopted consensus standards for getting information into the hands of our nation's first responders quickly and effectively.
December 10-11, 2010 – Total Computer Group was one of 30 partners invited to attend Microsoft's annual Worldwide Public Safety & National Security Partner Advisory Council event in Philadelphia, PA. This event not only provided an intimate forum for Total's key staff members to strategize with director level Microsoft Industry management responsible for the global justice public safety (JPS) and national security (NS) sector, but also allowed Total staff to network with other industry leading vendors during two days of both formal presentations and informal gatherings. Of the many topics discussed in Microsoft’s Industry focus, one of particular interest consisted of creating a suite of products that facilitates the seamless sharing of information throughout the entire public safety space. Microsoft is also keen to connecting their best cutting edge, innovative partners to create high potential synergistic partner groups that bring unprecedented elements to an industry craving modern and innovative solutions. The JPS/NS space is one of the 4 main industry focuses at Microsoft. The meetings were a tremendous success and result in bring Total Enforcement to other parts of the globe.
November 3 & 4, 2010 – Total Computer Group attended the 4th Annual New York Police Fire & EMS Exposition at the Jacob Javits Center, New York City. The exposition brought together over 100 of the nation’s finest companies to showcase thousands of products and services to police, fire, EMS, and all emergency services responders.

October 23-27, 2010 – Total Computer Group attended and presented at the 117th annual Conference and Exposition of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) in Orlando, FL. The IACP conference provided top-notch education on the most pressing law enforcement topics. Other conference highlights included renowned keynote speakers, forums and technical workshops, and the largest exhibit hall of products and services for the law enforcement community.
October 19 & 20, 2010 – Total was invited to attend and speak at the Microsoft EMEA Industry Solution University’s
Lead With The Future Grow With The Present
event in Barcelona, Spain. The event is being held for Microsoft partners selling to public safety and national security customers. The focus of the event is on Microsoft’s PS&NS Cloud Strategy and selling Office and SharePoint 2010, FAST, and Dynamics AX and CRM. Because Total’s public safety application is built on the Microsoft Windows Azure Cloud-Computing platform, Microsoft requested Total to present the application in the Emergency and Event Management session. One highlight of the event will occur in the breakout session with two customer keynotes from the Polish Border Guards and German MOJ in Lower-Saxony.
September 30, 2010 – Total Computer Group showcased the Total Enforcement™ software solution at the Law Enforcement Exposition at the Hilton in Melville, NY. Vendors from across the United States and Canada were invited to showcase their products, services, and technologies related law enforcement, security, and corrections.
September 21 & 22, 2010 – Total Computer Group participated in the Fusion Core Solution (FCS) Partner Training in Reston, VA. The training focused on educating interested partners about the operations of a fusion center and the history behind how the FCS was built. With the FCS, agencies can seamlessly move information from intake to analysis to dissemination across all levels of government and the private sector, while utilizing existing assets and integrating with domain-specific applications. This gives agencies the ability to take proactive action to prepare for and respond to crises and to counter potential threats and criminal activities. Information fusion centers have become the generally accepted solution, enhancing awareness, prevention, preparation, and response.
Total Computer, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, DataMaxx, and other major companies join in the mission to make our country safer through information sharing on a national level.

Wilkes-Barre Police Department selects Total Enforcement (TE) for their Records Management System to provide information storage, retrieval, retention, manipulation, and archiving to replace their current In-House developed application. Wilkes-Barre is a city in Northeastern Pennsylvania. It is the county seat of Luzerne County and the center of the Wyoming Valley. Founded in 1769 and formally incorporated in 1806, the city has an estimated population of 43,123 with more than 100 users. Total Enforcement RMS delivers powerful advantages of real-time data, overall agency efficiency, complete NCIC access, CAD functionality and Data Sharing. TE gives law enforcement agencies the power to collect, process and access information in real time – from virtually anywhere. SUNY Purchase University Police, chooses Total Enforcement (TE) as their new Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System to replace their existing legacy system known as SJS. TE a sophisticated .NET CAD/RMS for law enforcement offers wide-ranging interoperability including NCIC and RICI. Purchase College, State University of New York, with more than 4,000 students is a public four-year college located in Purchase, New York, United States on a 500 acre campus. It is one of 13 comprehensive colleges in the State University of New York (SUNY) system. The procurement will include hardware, software, installation, maintenance, and training.

The King County Sheriff's Office in Washington State, which is the 12th Largest County in the U.S. to implement Total Enforcement. The agency includes approximately 1,000 sworn and non-sworn employees and ranks as the twelfth most populous county in the nation, with a population of 1.7M covering more than 2,200 square miles. They have selected Total Enforcement as their RMS of choice, a leading provider of mission-critical technology solutions for public safety officials. The application will be deployed to over 2,000 computers.
