About Total Enforcement
Total Computer Group has been providing IT support services for numerous law enforcement agencies over the past 20 years. During that time, Total recognized the need for a failsafe Records Management System/CAD. A few years ago, prompted by an overwhelming number of requests from our law enforcement clientele, Total Computer Group launched a separate division, Total Computer Software, and began development of Total Enforcement, a state-of-the-art Records Management System designed to take full advantage of all of the latest technologies.
"Since going live on February 3. 2009 with Total Enforcement the experience has
been totally positive. We thought that once we were up and running the company would
be like many other vendors, slow to respond or simply just ignore our needs. Contrary
to our belief, the support from your sales people, support services, project management
has been fantastic.
Vin, your company is really amazing and you should be proud of each and every person
you have working for you."
Chief Robert D’Angelo
Town of North Castle Police Department
President of the New York State Chiefs of Police
“The officers love the idea of being able to enter case reports while on the road and have remarked how they find no difference in speed when comparing the mobile case entry with stationhouse desktop case entry. As an administrator, I am thrilled to see police officers remaining on their beats as opposed to sitting at a desk and typing on a computer”.

The
